Noodles: Not too bad, not as tender and egg-noodly as the superior noodles of Lean Cuisine, but not as tough and leathery as Boston Market or that other one, whatever the hell it was.
Gravy: Vaguely nasty. Mushrooms, sour cream, distinct artificial "gum" mouthfeel. Xanthan gum, guar gum, methylcellulose gum.
Meatballs: Six very tiny grey meatballs. Very spongy and high in filler. Not very much flavor, but they do have a touch of bouillion-like "beef"-ness.
Not very good. Would not buy again.
