banquet mexican style chicken enchilada

Rice: Firm grains, lots of tomatoey sauce, soupy, not spicy, bits of green & red pepper, exactly like all of the other banquet meals that have it.

chicken enchilada: Thick, wet corn tortilla. Mushy chicken filling is kind of recognizable as chicken, but not really. Low-t-mid spiciness, probably from the chili sauce which is very ketchupy. This enchilada was better than the last one I had.

Tamale - strange, lots of heavily-adulterated "beef" filling with very little cornmeal around it, tasted great, that was the best part of the meal.
