1. Scrapple - I've got pix and notes for the Parks beef scrapple, but I need to develop a good article about scrapple history, flavors, and recipes. Might be good for a series. First page is done. Recipe page is in progress. First page and recipe page are completed. Hopefully I can get around to making some scrapple this weekend so I can take some photos of the process for a third post....Done and scheduled, last post appears 8/21
