Dave's Notebook

This is a sort of "rough sketch" notepad for ideas that can later be fleshed out on my primary blog, Dave's Cupboard. Occasionally, it will be used to document "behind the scenes" processes that have led to blog posts.

Feel free to poke around but don't expect regular updates, lots of photos, or even coherent entries.

Alexian duck liver mousse with cognac - buttery smooth. Mild duck liver flavor, pronounced cognac notes gave a rich depth to flavor. duck liver, pork, mushrooms, spices, cognac. Simple, creamy, and decadent.

Note about company, very ethical, silliness of no foie gras policy, lower-impact packaging.
